How to subscribe to Service.

To subscribe to a database you have to read the suggested agreement , fill in Customer Information form and send to Martelcom. Do not forget to specify your passwords. If you properly fill in Customer Information form you will assign an Identification Names that we send to you to the specified address. Issuance of Identification Names shall serve as confirmation of acceptance of the Agreement.
